Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.  The carrier’s marked delivery confirmation determines the delivery date.

To request a replacement or refund:

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Personalized & Custom Products

All personalized or custom-made items are final sale and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order. We print exactly what is provided at checkout.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Transit times vary by destination – allow 14–21 days for delivery.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies under our damage or defect policy, we will replace it.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is not personalized and is returned unused and in its original condition.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
